Weekly Remote Troubleshooting Package – €70
Designed for cases that require extended monitoring or step-by-step resolution, this plan covers a 5-day working week and includes:
Unlimited communication within the week
Continuous evaluation and adjustment of applied treatments or corrective actions
Priority response time from our technical team
Yearly Remote Troubleshooting Package – €900
For long-term peace of mind and proactive maintenance, our annual plan ensures continuous support and priority access to our experts throughout the year. It includes:
Unlimited troubleshooting sessions
Regular operational guidance
Seasonal advice and preventive checks
Priority handling of all submitted tickets

The above packages apply to private pools or facilities with one pool up to 200 m³.
